• Connect with founder, Wale Elegbede to learn about systemic racism, discrimination and Islamophobia. Wale Elegbede is a strategist, change maker and social justice advocate who believes good, ethical leaders have a responsibility to bring positive change to their communities, organizations and families.

• Diversity equity and inclusion is important in any community. It helps in development of cultural humility, a lifelong process of self reflection and exploration of cultural identity. With increased appreciation of other people’s culture and experiences, we have greater appreciation of ourselves and one another.
